OVATION IRELAND CELEBRATES HAT TRICK OF AWARD WINS
Ovation Ireland is celebrating on the triple having scooped a hat trick of illustrious international event awards. This past weekend in Beijing, China the Ovation team was honoured to receive a prestigious Crystal Award from the Society of Incentive & Travel Executives (Site), one of the most coveted awards in the meetings and events industry.

Working in partnership with Harith Productions, Philadelphia, Ovation received the ‘’Powerful Partnerships – Most Effective Team Effort at Producing an Incentive Programme or Event’’ Award for ‘’Embrace the Emerald Isle’’, a Dublin based programme which was designed to be environmentally sustainable as well as experiential. Held in May 2011, the multiple day incentive trip incorporated a cookery class and tree planting at Ballyknocken Farm, escorted visits of Malahide Castle and Powerscourt House, and a signature gala seated dinner in The Banking Hall of the Westin Hotel.

‘’Embrace the Emerald Isle’’ was the subject of two additional international accolades earlier in 2012; an Esprit Award from the International Special Events Society and a Gala Award from Special Events Magazine USA.

Commenting on the award win, Rob Allidine, Director of Ovation Ireland paid tribute to his colleagues Ronan Coleman, Events Project Manager and Gerry Nicholls, DMC Director “We constantly strive for excellence and creativity and benchmark our standards against the best companies in the world. These awards recognise Ovation’s ability to devise creative solutions to meet specific business objectives”.
