Complex facility “Tokyo Garden Terrace Kioicho” opened at a former site of the Grand Prince Hotel Akasaka

Tokyo Garden Terrace Kioicho – a complex facility consisting of office building- Kioi Tower, The Classic House at Akasaka Prince, and residential building, opened this summer at a former site of the Grand Prince Hotel Akasaka.

“Kioi Conference”, located on the 4th floor of the “Kioi Tower”, features 11 meeting rooms with various sizes including a medium-sized conference room with 230-240 square meters which is suitable for 120 and 135 people in classroom-style as well as a large conference room of 470 square meters accommodating up to 400 people in theater-style. Both rooms could be divided into the smaller size in accordance with customer requirement.

The Western-style building, that used to be a part of the Grand Prince Hotel Akasaka admired by many generations of former customers, has been reborn as the “The Classic House at Akasaka Prince” featuring a French restaurant, bar, café and inner garden. On the occasion of having a reception there, a splendid 272-sqm banquet hall can accommodate up to 160 persons for a seated dinner and 200 persons for a standing reception.

In the facility, “The Prince Gallery Tokyo Kioicho, a Luxury Collection Hotel” occupies the upper 30-36 floors of the 140-meter-tall “Kioi Tower”. In addition to 250 guest rooms with 4 types of suite, grand deluxe, club floor and deluxe with a magnificent view of Tokyo, the hotel features a gym, swimming pool and spa as well.
